Current Eventuals is a topical sketch comedy show that can be considered as somewhat of a spiritual successor to "Second City This Week." Having had the concept introduced to us by Second City director Ron West in July, 2013, at ImprovBoston, Current Eventuals is sketch comedy showcase that focuses on national and local news, explored through satire, parody, relationship, character, strong anchor sets, and the guarantee that each show will be entirely original. It's the show that's written in a week, rehearsed in a day, and forgotten tomorrow.
